Spend Zero Shillings on Matatu

Guess who is back? I am!
For a long time I have been trying to lose weight! I tried everything. Well , not liposuction and Chinese herbs but practically everything! from gym to diet to starving .......!!!!

Then I noticed that walking for about 30 minutes a day helps in this kind of crisis! And how exactly do I do that? I started my own campaign, this strictly applies to me and me alone unless you want to join the cause! "Do not spend money on Matatu(public transport)"! That way you are killing too birds with one stone: you save money that you would have spent on matatu that is approximately 4000 Kenyan Shillings and the money you would have spent on the gym about the same amount of money , total about 8000 shillings and you firm up in the process!

If you cant walk to your work place , walk half way and save half the fare otherwise walk to your office and back like I do!

  1. Hehehe.. How I wish there was one therapy just like this for those who want to gain.. even a lil' of it [ 2-3 pounds maybe]... But speaking of it, imagine I do it daily.. Thanks to some traffic from hell along Ngong' Road every morning! Nice to have you back though.. Peace!

  2. I'd do simple exerecises like sit-ups, push-ups and also walk from time to time. It's quite difficult in the beginning, and many times I skive, but the rewards are huge.

  4. @anonymous please look for the right therapist but watch out for those who write gain bums and hips in a week on electricity poles!
@Isiah, the reason why I opted for not using matatu is because I was skiving my sports sessions and this became an easier option.
@geekmate, I live in Langata barracks and walk to the ihub!
